Former King Yambi, of the fabled Loango Kingdom, now modern day Gabon, gives his name to these beautiful earrings of eyes conceptualised by master designer Christie Halsted in honour of the king of camouflage, the chameleon, found in great numbers in the regions rainforest.
These earrings are composed of hand lost wax cast sterling silver chameleon eyes, from an original hand carved by Justice Ncube.
They are part of the bespoke collection created for The Malcolm Ainscough Collection, with the profit donated to the educational, cultural and environmental work undertaken by The Jafuta Foundation in Ndau's home town and surrounds of Victoria Falls.
Please note that our prices are not inclusive of any import duties applicable in your country, so please confirm what these are with your relevant authority prior to placing an order.
