Iguela Necklace

Iguela Necklace

Named for the verdant Iguela Lagoon, once part of the fabled Loango Kingdom, now part of the Loango National Park in modern day Gabon, this unique necklace is conceptualised by master designer Christie Halsted.

Adorned with 8 cabochon cut slough opals, this piece is composed of handmade sterling silver beads combined with fish vertebrae and antique Bohemian faceted glass trade beads.

It is a signature piece of the bespoke collection created for The Malcolm Ainscough Collection, with the profit donated to the educational, cultural and environmental work undertaken by The Jafuta Foundation in Ndau's home town and surrounds of Victoria Falls.
