Yambi Chameleon Eyes Cuff

Yambi Chameleon Eyes Cuff

Former King Yambi, of the fabled Loango Kingdom, now modern day Gabon, gives his name to this beautiful cuff of eyes conceptualised by master designer Christie Halsted in honour of the king of camouflage, the chameleon, found in great numbers in the regions rainforest.

This piece is composed of hand lost wax cast sterling silver chameleon eyes, from an original hand carved by Justice Ncube.

It is part of the bespoke collection created for The Malcolm Ainscough Collection, with the profit donated to the educational, cultural and environmental work undertaken by The Jafuta Foundation in Ndau's home town and surrounds of Victoria Falls.
